Terms and conditions

These terms govern access to VatoVault and its Envato license and source-file backup services.

Account responsibilities

You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and use only Envato accounts and files you are authorized to access. You remain responsible for the legality of content stored in your vault.

Backup availability

VatoVault depends on hosting, storage providers, and third-party APIs. Backups are not a substitute for maintaining your own independent recovery copy. Envato download limits and API availability may delay or prevent a requested backup.

Plans and limits

Storage, connected-account, schedule, and version limits follow the active plan shown in your account. Administrators may update plan limits prospectively. Existing files may need to be removed before a downgrade can complete.

Termination

Accounts may be suspended for abuse, unlawful activity, attempts to bypass limits, or security threats. You may request account deletion, subject to legal and payment record retention requirements.

Independent service

VatoVault is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Envato, CodeCanyon, ThemeForest, or any supported marketplace.
