Refund policy

Refund eligibility depends on the purchase channel, service delivery, and applicable consumer law.

CodeCanyon purchases

Purchases made through Envato Market are governed by the applicable Envato Market refund rules and license terms. Submit marketplace purchase disputes through the Envato process.

Direct subscriptions

Where direct billing is enabled, contact the operator with the payment reference. Approved refunds return to the original payment method. Consumed storage or completed service periods may be non-refundable where permitted by law.

Technical issues

Before requesting a refund, provide reasonable opportunity to investigate installation or compatibility issues. This does not limit mandatory consumer rights.
