VatoVault uses a limited set of cookies required to keep accounts secure and the application functional.

Essential session cookie

The vv_session cookie is HttpOnly, Secure in production, same-site restricted, and used to maintain an authenticated session. The application cannot provide signed-in features without it.

Preferences

Interface preferences may be stored locally in your browser. They do not contain Envato tokens, purchase codes, or vault files.

Analytics and marketing

VatoVault does not enable non-essential analytics or advertising cookies by default. If an operator adds them, consent controls and this policy must be updated before deployment.

Managing cookies

You can remove cookies through browser settings. Removing the session cookie signs you out and may interrupt an active backup screen.
